The question I have (I never get an answer), is would reparations be a one time payout, or would subsequent generations "get paid" too? Would black Americans in say, 2040 demand reparations? Would the government tell them "we did that already?" Would that be accepted?
Giving them anything would simply encourage another mass riot/uprising to get the government to pay up again. And it would be WAY before 2040.
Would be the same group, it worked the first time right? Followed by many other groups wanting to get in on the "blackmail" gravy train.

We need to fight for our republic, as defined by the Constitution of the USA, or just surrender to the communists. That's where we are. Deny it if you like. But the communism, paying out blackmail, negotiating with terrorist factions, and the Constitution are mutually exclusive.
Over the next couple of months, the battle lines will become clearer. People will choose up their positions. If all hell doesn't break loose before then, it certainly will right around November 3rd-4th.
The factions have already formed within the government itself. The defense secretary showing an unwillingness to follow lawful orders if given by his commander in chief is an act of rebellion/insurrection/insubordination, in and of itself. And was done on television, in the most blatant and public way. He should have been led off the podium in chains before his "press conference" ended.

The thing is, they don’t want any discussion of details. All this is is more race-baiting. About a year ago, and in order to get a discussion rolling as to specific amounts reparations would be, I threw out the amount Holocaust survivors get (can’t remember exactly, but something like $200 or $300 a month), even though of course the two aren’t comparable. Still, it was something to start the ball rolling as to exactly how much money blacks hope to get. The leftists came after me with a vengeance for even suggesting a number.
if biden wins the presidency and the democrats take the senate and keep the house in novemeber, expect a reparations bill to pass into law next year. also, expect riots and violence to go unabated because social justice warriors will have free reign whenever they feel aggrieved.
the democratic leaders of states and cities have shown they have no interest to protect law abiding citizens. they have truncated american freedoms, let criminals out of jails, and let rioters take over their cities.
these last few months of chaos and confiscation of rights in our big cities are just a trial run of what will happen if/when democrats again gain control of the federal government. i've never been a chicken little, however, the sky is falling.

I note that you didn’t answer the questions. So guess your answer is yes. You believe it was ok for millions and millions of dollars to have stolen from black families, including black vets and that never being returned.

As long as it's the democrats who pay it back. They owned the slaves, they started the klan, they passed every single Jim Crow law.
