We all know about the twenty, but the rest of what you are claiming, this is the first I have heard of this.
Not that it isn't true, just I have seen no news reports that state what you claim.

I guess you are aware of one the big fears when they created drug laws...that black people would get high and have sex with white women...and white women that used drugs would seek out 'certain minorities' while high, to have sex with.




It was ALL due to fears of what minorities may do to white women!

Mysteriously, the only police bodycam on the scene happened to be turned off prior to her being shot, then turned back on afterwards, according to the Police (who won't release the footage):

"...19-year-old woman died from a gunshot wound through her mouth while her hands were cuffed behind her back. It was ruled a suicide...one officer was wearing a body camera at the time...It was off during the shooting and did not capture the teen's death...the Chesapeake Police Department declined to release the body camera footage."
