Exactly. More of the same. I predict that Trump will withdraw even more from “active” government. The real question is, would power reside in the hands of Jared Kushner, Stephen Miller and Peter Navarro? Or would they be supplanted by some other group?

Longer-term, what sort of GOP would emerge for the 2024 cycle?

Plenty of Democrats will be removed from the swamp and imprisoned.
The Party will be reduced to rubble and for all intensive purpose... annihilated.

If that happens, Biden will be given the same amount of time for a “honeymoon period” that the left gave to Trump.

In other words, NONE. The left was looking for ways to remove him, on day 1.

Well, yes. That was the implication of my post.

The left decided to do away with the traditional honeymoon period for a newly elected president.

Now the right has to treat the next democratic president, the same way the left treated the current republican president, or else they will be giving the left a political advantage. The left never considers the ramifications. They just figure “Trump is different. The traditional protocols we break, only apply to him.” But the right isn’t going to let them get away with that BS.

The fact that I can, so comfortably, call the democratic presumptive nominee, a pedophile, is a direct result of the normalization of this type of language by the left, in regard to the current president.

Would the left go ballistic and burn down the country? Would civil war ensue? Would any democrat like Obama step in and say enough is enough?

No, Obama would not step in because they'd eat him.
