You better check on your facts. There is a race of humans who have no Neanderthal DNA. Don't believe the "tweaked" reports that they revised this year after the scientists tried to tell the truth.
Kind of like Galileo and his head on the chopping block for telling the truth about the Earth being round. That kind of stuff that's never changed.

It appears that you are wrong, that 'theory', that African's do not have neanderthal DNA has been disproven

The researchers found that African individuals on average had significantly more Neanderthal DNA than previously thought—about 17 megabases (Mb) worth, or 0.3% of their genome. That was bad science. The redeeming value of science is that it is ultimately self-correcting.
It was widely held for a long time that species could not interbreed, and if they did, the off-spring would be sterile.
Both have now been proven to be false claims.
Species can and do interbreed, they do so far more frequently than previously believed, and the off-spring may be sterile or not.
