There definitely are paid agitators, and unquestionably a number at these BLM protests, but $10K for a week sounds way out of line.

Were we talking in person I could give you the kid’s name and you could look up his at least one arrest associated with it. This isn’t a case of “heard it from a friend...”

One might make an argument that if you're a paid protester you lose freedom of speech protection as you're essentially advertising the position of someone else.

There are professional community organizers who do get paid. Obama was a community organizer. Part of their job is to organize protests to make sure they are done legally and safely.

And someone else might make an argument that no where does the First Amendment prohibit that action.

We shouldn’t regulate riot-for-hire businesses. Government regulation is evil.

George Soros's organizations have hired protesters before, he probably has something to do with this.

Who in their right mind would ever believe that people on the left pay others to be agitators for their cause?

The left has far too much class to stoop that low!

To hear the right's views on the left. We are all sitting on our asses collecting welfare. Seems those kinds of people would jump at the chance to make 15 bucks an hour cash while visiting with like minded friends.

When Obama was a community organizer he was on the payroll of the Catholic church.

Indeed.

If this tale was even close to true, the would have checked.

Hmmm?
