Burn it ALL down. Start over with a Kremlin-esque theme. That's what the Democrats and Media want so why waste time?

What with the events of late, it would be more symbolic to cover it in graffiti

Great ideas!

Rather that race baiting why not ask if the White House should be renamed and ask for suggestions?

Do you have examples of the inventions that were made by Black people but the textbook said they were made by White inventors? Light bulb, automobile, airplane, telephone. telegraph, phonograph, computer, etc?

The list is bit long--- here are some links-but you can read it for yourself- I never say anything I can't back up... you should know that by now.

“One group of prolific innovators, however, has been largely ignored by history: black inventors born or forced into American slavery. Though U.S. patent law was created with color-blind language to foster innovation, the patent system consistently excluded these inventors from recognition.”

She explains that the patent system–which started officially in 1787–was not open to African Americans born into slavery as they weren’t considered citizens.

That barrier didn’t stop African Americans from inventing and their patents from being exploited. According to Johnson’s research, owners often took credit for slave inventions.

Though Boyd had recently purchased his freedom and should have been allowed a patent for his invention, the racist realities of the time apparently led him to believe that he wouldn’t be able to patent his invention.

Should the symbol of racism, the White House, be painted in black and changed to the Black House?

That would make every bit as much sense as taking Aunt Jemima off the pancake Mix and Syrup bottles.
