Bringing a swift end to the prosecution of Michael Flynn, the D.C. Circuit ordered a federal judge Wednesday to drop the case against the former national security adviser per the government’s wish.
Though Flynn had also sought to push U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan off his case, the appeals court declined to assign the tangled legal battle to a new judge.
“This case does not meet the ‘high bar’ for reassignment, which would be appropriate only if the district judge’s conduct was ‘so extreme as to display clear inability to render fair judgment,'” U.S. Circuit Judge Neomi Rao wrote for the 2-1 panel.
The lawless dissenter was an Obama appointee, surprising noone.
Finally, justice for Michael Flynn. Now he needs to sue all the deep state liberals for the hoax and witch hunt, starting with Strzok and Comey. Hopefully they end up penniless on the streets.
Justice, as in Trump being above the law? Trump controlled Justice department under Barr decides to drop the case against Flynn who already pled guilty. In other news, Trump fires SDNY Geoffry Berman because he was going ahead with other cases against Trump and associates. I know you guys regularly complain how Obama was the worst president ever. I eagerly await the day when a Democratic president can reach the level of corruption as Trump and gets away with it.

sometimes pleading guilty is better than the alternative that could happen. Companies settle out of court all the time. That doesn't mean they are guilty just means it doesn't make sense to fight it for what it would cost whether you win/lose.

Trump doesn't control the Justice dept. The problem that dems have is that someone (Barr) actually wants to see the law applied evenly and fairly among everyone. That is bad news for many dems and deep state actors, and good news for Flynn.
You can say Flynn pled guilty all you want - but the circumstances have come out as to why. And you might look into exactly what he pled guilty to...

Sadly, the corrupt despicable democrats and Obama dirty cops bankrupted Flynn, he can’t afford lawyers — needs a go fund me app.
Good for Flynn, finally justice for him. The "but he pled guilty crowd!" still doesn't want to see the truth. The democrat prosecutors threatened to go after his son. Flynn protected his family and refused to lie for these people.

Yeah, the same people who hate the cops think the cops who went after Flynn were somehow perfect angels. They were politically motivated hacks and the evidence is there for anyone who wants to look at it.
Wednesday's court order was direct, ordering "that Flynn’s petition for a writ of mandamus be granted in part; the District Court is directed to grant the government’s ... motion to dismiss; and the District Court’s order appointing an amicus is hereby vacated as moot, in accordance with the opinion of the court filed herein this date."
