Your generalization is not only insulting, it's asinine.

Simple solution for you to become successful. Stop doing what you currently do. All of it. Just stop doing it.
Okay. It sounds like those family members are following this person's advice and are becoming successful due to following it. What's the problem?

Blacks, we learned our culture from poor southern redneck whites.

We need to erase that backwards culture and adapt the culture of Asian Americans and African immigrants.

We won’t because that requires accountability, responsibility, parental involvement, self sufficiency, education, and the abiding of laws.

It’s much easier to be a permanent victim and blame society for not legislating you up the social ladder.

Looks like your black family is following Asian American and African immigrant culture and ideals.

What’s asinine about it? Sounds like the recipe to prosperity and upward social mobility to me.

There are plenty of successful black Americans who have a great culture. They don’t need to change anything. They need people like the OP to stop acting like all black people are the same and they all adopt the culture that extreme poverty can lead to. Poor white culture isn’t exactly amazing either, but I don’t see you commenting on white culture as if we are all the same.

It’s because of people like the OP that black people have to deal with ignorant racism no matter what their lifestyle.

The Ghetto is a Nazi concept. It works. Put people in ghettos anywhere and bad things will happen. Jews did NOT do well in the ghettos. Crime, gangs and other very bad things happened during that time period. Some of the most notorious gangsters on history were Jewish. They came out of the ghettos and did the best they could. Once the west decided to liberate (truly liberate) the Jews they flourished .... So when do Blacks get that same treatment?

Should they be Chinese or Japanese or north Korean or South Korean or Mongolian or Pakistani or Indian? Speaking as an expert on why Asian culture has a far superior value system.
Which one do you emulate?

Here's some food for thought. The Kanto region of Japan, which includes Tokyo and Yokohama, has a population of about 43 million people. There were 400 murders in this region in 2019. This is substantially less than the number of murders in just two American cities, Baltimore and St. Louis, which have a combined population of less than 1 million people.

The Kanto region is doing something right; Baltimore and St. Louis are doing something wrong. It would behoove us to figure out what these right and wrong things are, and emulate the right and shun the wrong.
Stop Seriously.

Do you have ANY idea how you sound??

Yep. At least this thread is helpful for ferreting out the ignorant ones, who say stuff like, "All the Korean people I've known were ... blah blah blah..."

Stop generalizing people, people.

Black people learned our culture from WHITE RACIST, over hundreds of years. We do not adopt Asian culture because you don't adopt a culture from words in a book, but rather, by living around and being immersed TOTALLY, in Asian culture. What....should black parents take their newborns and have them raised in an Asian family? The fact that we are not doing that, in your opinion, shows that we are not being accountable?

Obviously most of you don't know or understand the process of acculturation. If you think it can come from a textbook or DIY video then you don't know jack slit!!! If its just a matter of doing or not doing certain things as a set of instructions.....what do you need Asians for? Just follow the instructions. Again, however, that is not how acculturation works. It 24/7 seeing and doing, subconsciously. There is no effort being made. It's a natural process.

Because the systemic racism prevents them from doing all these.
