A grand jury indicted all three of the men accused in the death of Ahmaud Arbery, Cobb County District Attorney Joyette Holmes announced Wednesday.
A Grand Jury indicts purely on the words presented by the Prosecution alone. Defense gets no say, no chance to refute, or even present the slightest evidence.
For this reason, it's often said that a Grand Jury can and will indict a ham sandwich.

Or in this case, three ham sandwiches.
Have you seen the video? The defense has nothing. Father and son are two big fat, ugly ass racists. Lol, and I mean UGLY

The video clearly shows Arbery charged, and was punching and trying to disarm the "big fat, ugly ass racist" and was killed in self defense. The racism is selectively prosecuting for self defense based on race.

After he was chased by 3 men, with guns, in two automobiles all over a neighborhood.
Was Arbery not allowed to try to defend himself against 3 people that had been chasing him for several minutes?
Unbelievable that these these 3 weren't immediately indicted, 74 days before they were arrested.
Trial begins Oct 18.

A grand jury indicted a former prosecutor in Georgia on Thursday, accusing her of “showing favor and affection” to one of the men now charged with killing Ahmaud Arbery and for directing police officers not to arrest another suspect.
Ms. Johnson is charged with “violation of oath of public officer” and “obstruction and hindering a law enforcement officer,” according to the indictment, which the state attorney general’s office released on Thursday.
The indictment says Ms. Johnson failed “to treat Ahmaud Arbery and his family fairly and with dignity” by not disclosing that she had sought the assistance of another district attorney before recommending that he take over the case. Ms. Johnson recused herself because Gregory McMichael had worked in her office.
She also “knowingly and willfully” directed two Glynn County police officers not to arrest Travis McMichael, “contrary to the laws of said state,” the indictment said.

In my state (as with many “blue” states) you aren’t allowed to defend yourself if you can run away. Based on the video, he still could have run. I’m not sure of the rule in Georgia.
