Pretty sure this already happened 10+ years ago, I remember reading a story about Hispanics being the majority in this state.

The irony of this is just maddening.

They used to be part of the white community in Texas before they became "hispanics".

While Texas has been minority-majority for a number of years, Hispanics alone will account for the majority of Texans by mid-2021. Although Texas has been minority-majority, the largest demographic bloc hitherto has been non-Hispanic white. That is projected to change by this time next year.

Unnatural? 150 years ago that's all that lived there.

Don't forget, Texas became an independent, Anglo- run entity after an immigration policy based on encouragement by the Mexican govt allowed the whites to quickly outnumber the Mexicans and to become emboldened.


That same lenient attitude on immigration also led to the downfall of the Native American way of life.
