The ones that are hoaxes get a lot more media attention.
The ones that get a lot of media attention are mostly hoaxes as are, it seems safe to assume, the ones that don't. Most hate crimes that fit the narrative are hoaxes.

This is interesting. The attack happened on Wednesday in the wee hours. She went home, and only went to the hospital when her mother got her to do it.
Police are "working on obtaining her medical records" from the incident 4 days later. As if she didn't grant them permission and they're having to get a warrant?

Not only that, but one of the news articles says that she went to file a police report Wednesday, but the cops were too busy getting ready for a protest and told her she’d have to come back later. She returned on Thursday to file the report. If the article is accurate, does anyone actually believe the cops wouldn’t take a report of a purported hate crime with today’s current climate? Not bloody likely.

Especially one who comes in with facial burns. I would think SOMEONE who wasn't going out on the street would take the time to file a report.
I have no familiarity with the area of the alleged incident according to her statements. But when I look at the intersection area she was stopped at on Google maps, it's an area with stores so there should be surveillance video somewhere.
Surely video evidence has turned up by now and we should be expecting a press conference to blast these four white supremacists photos all over the airwaves .... right?
Five days later and still no updates, just that the police is devoting significant resources to the investigation with the help of the FBI. $5000 reward for any tips.
