It's been over two months since the alleged incident occurred. If the media hasn't jumped on it by now, it isn't going to happen. Way too many better "victims" out there. She needs to get a felony conviction and then attempt to take a cops gun away, getting shot in the process. That's how victims are made these days

Zero to hero!

Bad behavior isn't punished anymore, it's rewarded. People protecting themselves from bad behavior are punished.

They have a suspect. Give this to the victim and have her look at it and see if she recognizes the perpetrator.

Default ...and the Tale has had its Effect

"Besides, as the vilest Writer has his Readers, so the greatest Liar has his Believers; and it often happens, that if a Lie be believ’d only for an Hour, it has done its Work, and there is no farther occasion for it. Falsehood flies, and the Truth comes limping after it; so that when Men come to be undeceiv’d, it is too late; the Jest is over, and the Tale has had its Effect…" Jonathan Swift, 1710

I keep looking up this case every few weeks.

No leads. No suspects. Nothing.

Why are people so dumb to believe these hoaxes time again? If news reporters were actual journalists these days they'd do some investigating into who is responsible for disproportionate hate crimes in this country ("bias motivated crimes").

Spoiler alert: It's not MAGA hat wearing white men.

I would have hoped the NFL would have been smarter than approving a name that isn't even a proven case and arguably by all information to date is most likely something she made up.

If they say that her statement isn't supported by the evidence then they can be accused of a cover-up or that she was confused and must have been at a different intersection etc. and it's just easier to let it go away.
