The military relies on the expectation and trust that the Commander-in-Chief will make decisions that will keep our troops and country safe. Why would the President not be briefed on Russian bounties on US troops? Is it because he is a national security risk and would tell Putin? Did he actually know and did nothing? Either way, this is very concerning.

What matters is if he was told and did nothing,why and what do we do about it?
If Trump did know he will do anything he can to make sure the public never knows the truth anyway.
He is a known liar & it's not rocket science to figure out that Putin has something very big on our president.
Whoever failed to inform the President should be convicted of treason.
