Your freedom is not infringed upon if you're wearing a mask or not wearing a mask. You are free to do anything in a mask that you can do without a mask. It does not prevent you from doing anything. Saying masks takes your freedom away is the same as saying seatbelts take your freedom away. It's just stupid and Reckless

Last time i checked driving is not in the constitution, freedom of expression is. As such yes by requiring me to wear a mask government is infringing on my constitutional freedom of expression.

Just wear a freaking mask. Do you want to give the government reason to swoop in and shut things down again??

If you think wearing a mask is the worst thing ever just stay home till the virus is under control. You non mask wearers are spreading the virus more than you know. The none mask wearers are the same people that go out to eat 2 to 3 times a week goto clubs with 200+ people and will never get tested. We will not have to wear a mask for 2+ years really just long enough to get the virus control 8 to 14 months. If the president took the right steps to control the virus we would be back to 70% noraml by October every other country will close to being back to noral will only be at 20% to 30% normal S M H.

This said, talk is cheap. How does Biden enforce it? Let's hear it first.

Say person A walks his dog in the neighborhood without a mask on, what is going to happen to him?
Let's hope that is for indoors only because that's where the problems are regarding this, as long as people are social distancing which should be common sense by now. Here in Maryland it's a state law that one must wear a mask when entering a business. It's being enforced by business owners / managers and I've seen no problems. Everyone I've seen is complying and I haven't seen any complaints. It's no big deal and it shouldn't be.

Biden will show leadership at the top that we are currently lacking.

Because people do what they want.
And so far the mask-wearers are a small minority....
A huge majority of people are probably just banking on a vaccine, not planning to wear a mask in 2021.

I am in a town in a red state that voted 70% for Trump. When you go in walmart most people have masks on. Even Pence had a mask on yesterday. The bare facers are a dwindling group of stubborn folks who are losing this battle.

They infringe on my freedom to breathe but I wear one when it's mandated anyway. I just don't go anywhere for very long.

No it does not violate your freedom of expression or any other amendments in the constitution. Where in the constitution does it give freedom from masks? In fact you are violating others right to life by not wearing a mask. At this point you just look very self entitled by not wearing one and you are not law abiding.
