White liberals and conservatives are genetically the same. In a places of white liberals and conservatives only, these things don’t happen. We blacks have always caused whites to become upset and hateful. That’s another reason for slavery. Whites say we deserved it because of low IQ and living in mud huts, so many whites who say such things support beating and enslaving the lesser ones.
I'd add that our own South is a tad well known for violent assaults on black folks, pre civil rights era, but those incidents, commonplace then, were not captured on vid.
