One is a poem, the other is a song. It was a poem to which did not apply to black people at the time that it was written because we were not "free men." Also, if you wanna see a bunch of people disrespect the National Anthem, come to the Ravens' or Orioles Home Game. You'll really lose your mind.

If so, then, yes, you are racist. If you are telling the truth based on data, prior observation to which you can speak on the events that you have personally seen, and can articulate in a manner that isn't intended to insult a person not of your race, then you are not racist.
