So....Lady Antebellum, dropped the name Antebellum because of ...racism or whatever, and changed it to Lady A in early June. However, there was already a black woman going by the name of Lady A.
So they changed their name to prevent accusations of racism....and then they sue a black woman to take control of her own name?

There's a difference between unofficial nicknames and your official name.
