You wouldn't be laughing if one of your relatives were killed like the over 26 who were! From infants to an over 80 year old retired policeman who was trying hep a friend defend his store. Mostly BLACK peopl. I guess not ALL black lives mater! Only life long criminals.
"Have you got any evidence that any of the protesters were armed?
Do you have any evidence they were NOT?
Based on most other "protests", some were, hence over 26K KILLED with a gun.
What is known is that none of the protesters displayed or brandished a firearm. So your argument that the couple that were brandishing firearms were "standing their ground" is a crock. And the gal even had her trigger finger inside the trigger guard, which all responsible gun owners know is a violation of the safety rule "never place your finger inside the trigger guard or on the trigger unless you intend to fire the weapon". So the gal was ignorant of the most basic rules of safe gun handling, yet there she was waving her little .380 around in a threatening manner with her finger inside the trigger guard.
Two attorneys in St. Louis who brandished firearms at Black Lives Matter protesters over the weekend could be charged with a felony. Under Section 571.030(4) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, it is a crime when a person “[e]xhibits, in the presence of one or more persons, any weapon readily capable of lethal use in an angry or threatening manner.” Such a person “commits the offense of unlawful use of weapons,” which is defined as a class E felony. Such felonies carry up to four years in prison, one year in jail, and/or a $10,000 fine–but are subject to probation https://lawandcrime.com/george-floyd...ers-with-guns/
Oh please, we have been attacked for YEARS here at CD and not ONCE did you complain. I wonder why!
If you can't take it, DON"T dish it out!
Hey you were the one who brought up turning in another poster for breaking the rules. You are also the one who claimed the protesters were armed so it's not up to others to prove they weren't it's up to you to prove they were

And these two idiots are lawyers?
you can charge anybody for anything. the more important question is: will they get convicted?
anybody here want to make a ban bet that this couple will not get charge for anything. Even if they get charged, they will not get convicted

Maybe. But a strong case can be made to charge the wife with brandishing a firearm. In any event, anyone as reckless and ignorant of safe gun handling as that gal has no busy owning a firearm. And the husband is an idiot too.
