I have been told by so many Trump Supporters that ObamaCare was passed in the middle of the night without notice to the Republican Party that I had too look.
As it turns out the Democrats were in the Majority in the Senate and the House at the time and didn't need the Republican Vote. And all but one voted at the time as shown below. Just the facts.
