I believe everyone is racist. Everyone is in favor of who they perceive as "their own tribe", and is indifferent or dis-inclined to the others.
I believe this is the natural state of Humankind, and that the classical Liberal idea that "there should be zero racism and society is a failure if you see racism" is an unrealistic standard.
I recommend people adopt and practice the "older" standard of Tolerance. I give your freedom and opportunity to compete (equality of opportunity) but not government enforced social leveling (equality of outcome).
as long as it doesnt hurt me, I dont care about you. I dont love you, and you dont love me. But we can co-operate and get-along just fine. That is the very foundation layer of society. Otherwise we are back to walls around cities and sticking spears+arrows into strangers, like this was 5th Century A.D. ancient Gaul.

If people were asked as recently as the year 2000, if a black person elected president would prove the U.S. wasn't a racist nation, I have no doubt that the majority would say yes. And we had such an election.

It is also insulting. It insinuates that whites are successful only because they have white skin. Well when you grow up in an all white town and you also come from the poorest family in that town, there aren't any free passes for being white.
Biden looks down at black people by his own words.. he said he learned about roaches from black people.. hello.. roaches can get into anyones home...bring them in with something that is infested and bingo. You have a roach infestation. Slum landlords don't care about your roach problem either.
Biden also said that Obama was ''CLEAN" . ARTICULATE.. hidden meaning ,Biden thinks most black people are dirty and can't speak good english.. Biden is a white elitist..
Racism is ingrained in the society. But it is still one of the best nations to live in...
Bingo! We all have prejudices. Racist...not as many, and a lot less in the USA than elsewhere, and we continue to improve (the BLM riots are pushing us backwards though).
