So let me get this straight, Deutsche Bank has never made a claim they were defrauded by Trumps group on any loans. Who exactly is the complainant? Is the prosecutor going to tell DB they were defrauded and they should prosecute?

This is not a civil case, it’s a criminal case. If laws were broken, it doesn’t matter is DB is complaining or not.

While I agree with you, I just think it’s a stretch to claim criminal fraud, without a victim.
