I am pretty sure I would be in trouble if I stole an eagle egg or cut open a woman and stole a fetus.
If you are asking about abortion, I am also pretty sure eagles don't get get in trouble for dropping their own eggs out of their nests so this is really not the best analogous question.

Certainly we are. But it's a very very long, slow process. Environmental contamination, mass deaths among non-food animals & plants. Unsustainable fishing. Massive overuse of antibiotics in food animals, resulting in passthrough of fragmentary digested byproducts of them to us.
Drugs & steroids & growth enzyme, lactation enzymes, etc. that can't be scrubbed out @ water treatment plants. Very find particulates in the air. Acidification of the oceans. The beginnings of potable water shortages. We'll probably be able to measure cascading environmental problems soon. Possibly in time to begin remediation protocols, if we can figure out concrete steps & the right dosages in time ...

There are many more examples of non believers being against abortion, of which you say there are none. This was but one example of hundreds.
If a bald eagle wants to "abort" its babies it can kick its eggs out of the nest and watch them crash on the ground below. There is no law against an eagle kicking its eggs out of its nest.
So, an eagle would have more reproductive rights than the human females you're proposing.
