“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?” responded Biden, who then posed a rhetorical analogy.
I would think that if I were running for president, and people were claiming I had dementia, and I knew that I didn't, I myself would volunteer for a mental proficiency test to put the matter to rest once and for all. That he is unwilling to do so does not bode well.

Right now they are touting Biden, hoping beyond hope he can beat Trump.
You watch, when Biden picks XYZ for his VP, they will say she is the most qualified to be president in the event Biden falters.
It wont matter who Biden picks, they will circle the wagons.
Then if Biden falters between now and November, they will back anyone ( literally anyone ) that is going against Trump.
Another words they are Yellow Dog Democrats, but they forget in modern times, what racist insinuations that term carries.
More important, much more important is Biden's presumption of drug usage by the reporter. Who, btw, happens to be black.
Here is what Mr Biden had to say in response to the question.

Yet, Biden is "their" guy. Not very rational thought process, but no one said man is rational.
