I didn't realize he invited his club members to the press conference Friday evening, not to smart to have people in a ball room wearing no masks in proximity to the presidents staff and reporters.

Quote:
BEDMINSTER, N.J. — Just before 7 p.m. Friday evening, members of President Trump's private golf club here began streaming into a gilded ballroom by the dozens. Some carried wineglasses — few wore masks.

The happy hour scene just steps from the golf course was orchestrated by Trump, who decided late Friday to hold an impromptu news conference and invite his club members to gather indoors in defiance of state restrictions aimed at slowing the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Little of that was on display when Trump’s well-heeled golf club members began making their way into the grand ballroom under a light drizzle Friday. Some people had their temperatures checked at the door, many didn’t. The group of more than 100 mingled in one small section of the 5,000-square-foot ballroom, with mere inches between each person.

Asked by reporters if they had been tested for the coronavirus before the impromptu conference, no one in the crowd responded.

Trump has access to a rapid test and is tested daily. So are those around him. That means he gets to live a normal life while we suffer with delayed results and rags on our faces vs having access to N95 masks. We're nearly 8 months into this raging pandemic and we still can't but N95 masks? Come on.

"As I've made clear from this podium, the president is the most tested man in America." White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters. He's tested more than anyone, multiple times a day, and we believe that he's acting appropriately."

Politico: "White House says Trump gets tested multiple times a day for coronavirus."
Do you think he's telling his people to please slow down the testing for himself and all of those around him like he wants to do for the rest of us peasants?

More "Orange Man Bad," much ado about nothing, mountains out of molehills stuff.

Remember these things when he wins in November and you're trying to figure out why.

But think of the number of stooges that pony up big dollars for membership just to be part of the press conference studio audience. "Yes, you even get to participate !!!" Priceless.

He won't win in November, especially if schools and college football all have to shut down again.

Sharpe contrast to China Joe who can't even fill a small closet with his followers to listen to words someone put in his mouth !!! A babbling brook in the wilderness gets more support !!!

Trump is a people person. He loves people. If he wasn't the President he would make a great Maitre D at a swanky eatery.

People know the risks of catching the virus. I think it is dumb not to wear a mask especially in tight proximity to so many people like in that ball room but to each their own. I guess they know better ?

Of course if Trump didn't have the press conference they would be upset at that too.

The guy can't win but hopefully he will in November.

In our house, every thing we do outdoors is comically referred to as a protest these days.

On the 4th of July we held a protest against British tyranny.

The day we went swimming in the river last week it was a protest against global warming.

Last weekend we protested against malaria by drinking gin and tonics all day long.

Today my husband is protesting lawn growth by pulling the tractor out for a mow.

Humor. It helps.

Trump doesn’t love people number one. Trump is a hateful bigot and liar. If you can stomach support for him you must be a member of the Cult.

Trump really does know how to troll the opposition. I swear he must go to bed at night giggling about what he can do tomorrow to make them go crazy.
