For whatever reason, a true Thug like Michael Brown is still being celibrated by people who don't have a clue that the whole Ferguson fiasco from 6 years ago was a fraud. From the media trying to portray Brown as the "Gentle giant" to "Hands up dont shoot".

Apparently, our Left leaning Mayor, Kate Gallego, decided to let the Phoenix Police loose on the Rioters, and gas them. Why the change of heart from the last protests/riots?

Aside from the fact that any "innocence" that Michael Brown had has been thoroughly debunked, what is the point of BLM protestors "honoring" him by disrupting police operations in a city Brown did not ever live in?

They should be in Ferguson, not Phoenix.

It is clear, many of these protests/rioting his is not about black lives mattering.

We can all thank CNN for this. I remember watching the whole thing on t.v. and every 20 minutes they would show the clip of his friend/co-criminal saying the bit about Brown saying hands up don't shoot. Something which has become a virtual mantra to many. Yet when later Browns friend admitted that he had run away and made the whole thing up CNN barely mentioned it. They certainly didn't say it every 20 minutes.

I saw it on local news. It was ridiculous. The cops outnumbered the "demonstrators" by about 4 times. The demonstrators have to be pretty bored to go out in this 110F heat and play silly games with the cops. Remember, Michael Brown was just a big teddy bear when he tried to take officer Wilson's gun.

They're liberals. Why ask why? It's just what they do. Not like they're employed or anything crazy like that.

I was working (and living M-F) in STL when it all happened. I know all about it.

You could forgive the protests prior to all the information being released - initial details made it sound bad for the LEO.

No excuses once all the details and evidence were disclosed, however.

Phoenix isn't Chicago, Portland, Seattle, or Minneapolis. if they start looting and rioting the phx PD will act accordingly.

They are good at breaking up riots its called rubber bullets, OC Gas, flash grenades we don't play.
