High-profile Latino leaders say that he is misinformed for him saying that many of the cases are from latinos not wearing face coverings and social distancing.

This video was posted on June 24th in McAllen, TX and I see very few face coverings and I don't even think the people in the video know what social distancing is.

This video was posted on June 24th when cases were already out of control in the Rio Grande Valley.
