If you say yes to Trump or any president doing such a thing then you need to be escorted out of this country and lose your citizenship.

Assuming Trump would claim voter mail-in ballot fraud if he lost to Biden and he had the power contained within these documents to invalidate the election results by declaring a national emergency, would you support his decision to invalidate the election and stay in office?
Stop! There are no "secret powers". There are no powers that supersede the Constitution. That is the highest law of the land.

The power to suspend habeous corpus is written into the Constitution: Article One, section 9
"The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

The conditions for search and seizure are also written in the Constitution:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides, "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger.."

The National Emergencies Act gives the President authority to take on many of the powers usually reserved for Congress, simply by declaring a national emergency. But I don't believe Congress has the power to "invalidate" an election, so neither would the President, under any circumstances.

How can you have "Patriotic" in your name while you support throwing out the Constitution?

Trump wins in a landslide.

Democrats absolutely lose their chit and take the temper tantrums they've been trying to pass off as George Floyd protests to heretofore unseen levels......

Therefore ruining the last shred of justification behind them for all but the most blindly partisan Americans
If you really believe that, you can put your money where your mouth is and potentially clean up.

Here’s how the 538 Election Model currently rank the probabilities.

538 Model

81% chance that Biden wins the National Popular Vote

71% chance that Biden wins the Electoral College and the Presidential Election

10% chance that Trump is re-elected while losing the National Popular Vote

1 in 750 chance of Trump winning both the Electoral College AND the National Popular Vote

Good luck proving it.

It just seems to me that it isn't only fraud from democrats.. we are essentially putting the election of the leader of the free world in the hands of some poorly trained and poorly examined mail carriers.

What is to stop China or the USSR from blackmailing one of these people in each large city and having 2000 ballots go missing.

I can't believe we are even considering this.
