Certainly guilty of manslaughter but again up to a jury.
What is this stupidity? Just because you travel 15 miles to take part in a protest, doesn't mean you forfeit your right to self defense.

And good that they're dead. This country is better with them dead.

The fundraiser for Kyle's defense fund was up to $73,000 before the twitter mob attacked the Fundly Server:
https://fundly.com/official-kyle-rittenhouse-fund

When they sort out their IT problems they should be able to get that over a quarter million

That was self defense.

Later on, when the kid ran away (again), one guy jumped over him and hit him, got shot, and another guy hit him with his skateboard, got shot.

All 3 shootings were self defense. All 3 times that kid was running away from them, and he did not shoot until each person was right on him.

Slow the video down to .25 speed, you will see it, clearly.
Yes. What happened is that after months of these BLM terrorists destroying businesses and assaulting people, a counter-terrorist group showed up to protect the businesses. The kid did get separated from the group, and one of the BLM rioters was chasing him. The kid, in way over his head, shot in self-defense, as he feared for his own safety and possibly life. It’s not as if these BLM savages haven’t killed before.

I blame the Democrats for not squashing this nonsense back in June. They allowed to it grow because they thought they could blame Trump for all the devastation (and as we see from some of the posters, the leftists are indeed blaming Trump for the BLM terrorists’ criminal spree). Now, though, as polling shows that they haven’t been able to get people to blame Trump for this, and it is hurting the Democrats, they will want to pull it back. Unfortunately, the terrorist Marxist movement has been encouraged to advance so far, and for so long, I don’t think they can be stopped short of martial law.

Yes I think police should be responsible for addressing these riots rather than a citizens militia. I can support non-violent protestors, condemn violent protestors and support reform of police departments, those are not mutually exclusive.

Push hard enough and you'll find out where it is things start to push back. These 'protests' have been pushing for a lot longer than they should have been able to.

I personally dont care how many of these violent morons get shot. The common practice with looters and especially with arsonists used to be shoot on sight.

Arson is one of the big three that a perpetrator can (and should) have lethal force applied to prevent or stop in the act. Assault with intent is also on the list. Murder, rape and arson are the big three where lethal force can be used preemptively. Threat of death or great bodi6harm fall in the category of murder. So the kid did what he had to do.

These 'protesters' seem to think they have carte blanche to commit crimes that fall under the big three. They don't. And people are now starting to fight back. When the citizens get serious these self proclaimed protesters , who are nothing more than thug varmints, will truly get a wake up call.

Oh, but leftist Democrat politicians and they're pet rats in the media make these citizens out as the bad guys. They need a slivery rail a bucket of pine pitch a bag of feathers and a free ride out of town.
