Why did he feel the need to surrender while rushing someone and pointing a gun at them? Maybe because in a split second he found he might get shot for rushing in to murder someone?

Even if they know they can't get a conviction, the process itself is the punishment. Notice Grosskreutz was never charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm; not only that but he's the only case witness whose interrogation was not recorded and whose telephone search warrant was never executed.

Put it together and it's obvious the DA's office is taking sides and sending a message: "if you defend yourself against our marauding foot soldiers, we'll punish you even if we can't convict you."

Privileged is this leftist. He was illegally carrying and was never charged. Why is there seperate justice systems?

Funny how he stated when he was running towards the gun shots to tell the guy to stop hitting Rittenhouse with his skateboard because he feard for Rittenhouse's life.

His statements make 0 representations of the video footage.

I quote what Tim Pool alias Timcast posted on Twitter along with the photo of Rittenhouse prosecutor:

Rittenhouse prosecution after witness Grosskreutz admits he only got shot after he drew his gun on Kyle and advanced on him
That big facepalm then the prosecutor did is worth to turn it into a internet meme.

Agreed. Rittenhouse was the active shooter. No shame .

I stand by the agreement of no shame by the officers who when Rittenhouse openly walked up to them. Admitting he shot a person, and the officers just did the ...now you run along there buckeroo. WTH???

The entire testimony and questioning were more detailed then this snippet.

Exactly!! It’s very obvious these days that in America, we effectively have a two-tier justice system. Individuals with conservative views and beliefs are treated much harsher in this justice system than individuals with liberal views.

What I don’t understand is why isn’t this guy got charged for 1) carrying a concealed firearm with an expired permit and 2) curfew violation while Rittenhouse got charged for 1) carrying a weapon for a person under 18 and 2) curfew violation?
