Based on the info, reckless endangerment (firing indiscriminately), illegal possession of a firearm... I have to see more info for the rest.
His mother should also be charged.
The reckless endangerment charge is nullified by the self defense justification for him firing. Also of note, the person that he allegedly recklessly endangered, is a witness for the defense.
So you've got a misdemeanor underage possession charge at best. Truly a hardened criminal.

They'll be crying a thousand tears of sorrow when this kid doesn't get put away for life like they wanted.
They don't understand law, and they don't understand the propensity of juries to buy self defense arguments. Look at Trayvon Martin case.
He committed no crimes when he shot the three leftist rioters. You will learn that sooner or later when he walks on self-defense, or gets slapped with much lower sentence/convictions. Just like with Zimmerman in the Trayvon case. You're going to have to deal with the fact that the law allows for self defense.
He MAY have committed a crime in his teenage fight where he hit the girl. But, seeing as how it was a fight amongst kids, those usually don't elevate to criminal charges because usually all kids involved (looking at this video) are partially to blame.
Pay attention. He illegally possessed a weapon and sprayed indiscriminately into crowds. His beating of the young woman clearly indicates a violent streak. If you think that’s normal, not sure what to say.
In the Zimmerman case, there simply wasn’t enough evidence to convict him beyond a reasonable doubt.

No, it is not. He shot indiscriminately after killing the others.
