No it's a mail in- then go in and vote again in person.. Ala Trump style.

I'm sure when Trump Sr found out about the robocalls he told them to go in an vote again. Problem with that is Trump may not remember because of his mini-stroke when you go in have to sign next to your name on the rolls before you get a ballot. If you sign up for mail in voting your name won't be on rolls at the polling station. Can ask for a provisional ballot then have to fill out form with your DL on it sign document that says can be prosecuted for double voting.

That's how I heard about it the video was on the internet actual recording of the robo calling several of them.
