Biden didn't really seem to have much of an answer for the man.

Kind of gross how the crowd just started chanting "Joe! Joe!" drowning out a veteran who actually deserves a real answer.

He thinks Biden started the Iraq war.......The war was a mistake , but it was started by the Bush admin who built the case for war on based on lies. As for Afghanistan, it was also started by Bush, but it has wide support since they harbored Al Qaeda and Bin Laden there after they attacked the US.

Was this guy ready to give Al Qaeda a pass after 9/11? It sounds like it, but he is a rare bird because lot of Americans signed up for military service after 9/11.

House Republican votes for Iraq war: YES=215 NO=6 YES=96.4%
Senate Republican votes for Iraq war" YES =48 NO=1 YES=98%

And this guy hates war and is going to vote Republican in 2020.......

Allrighty then.......

Maybe he did vote for it just as almost everyone else did hindsight is always 20/20 on these things. The President presented the argument and the evidence that Congress based their vote on but I guess Orange Man Jr thinks this is news worthy. In fact more often than not they are bringing up incidents from decades ago as well as every previous administration...

First make the case that it's even possible to find something truthful coming from the liar in chief junior.

To the bold: absolutely!

But he's speaking with Biden, here.

What are you talking about?
It's just a video. Are you saying you think the video is a fake?
You don't think that's really Biden? You don't think that's a real veteran?
What are you trying to say here? lol.

Sure, he is shifting the blame on the Democrats, which comes across pretty dishonest given the historical facts.

That argument only works if every person in Congress voted for the war. Some, to include Bernie Sanders, did not.

Fundamentally, I don't have a problem with people voting for the Iraq War based on the evidence presented to them. What I do have a problem today is with those very same people calling their vote a "mistake." You saying that your vote that led to the deaths of thousands of U.S. servicemen and women (and to the maiming of many thousands more) was a "mistake" is disqualifying for me. And, indeed, people lose their jobs over far less.

Hell, I respected Hillary's initial position in 2008 where she defended her vote based on the information given to her. Of course, she went off the deep end later.

But - Biden was one of the ones who voted yes that the vet is concerned with. This has nothing to do with Trump and the man's opinion that Biden voted to send these men overseas. Trump wasn't involved in politics at this time.

The young man wants to know why Biden voted yes as Biden and the others that voted yes believed the intelligence they received from the Brits.

At the time the right was screaming that those who voted "no" on Iraq were unpatriotic, treasonous, etc.

And they were that way until the moment Obama took office. Then they decided they were against the war.

So this guy ranting at Biden is no different than John Kerry. He "was for it before he was against it."
