I can criticize his policy plenty. Him being a pedo puppet with onset dimentia is just the cherry on the dog sh*t sundae that Democrats are trying to serve the American people this election.
Him vowing to give illegal immigrants government funded healthcare is enough to disqualify him outright. I have felt a shoulder and I have felt a breast. You can't mistake one for another. When you have your hand on a child's shoulder, it doesn't accidentally slip to a child's breast or torso or neck of belly. It is very obvious when your hand is on a child's shoulder. If the child is not moving and you are not moving, it is not possible for your hand to just slip off a child's shoulder.
You can see biden's fingers grip the girl's shoulder for a moment. He could have no doubt where his hand is. When he slides his hand to her breast, she automatically knocks his arm back away with her elbow. An instinctive reaction.
