At first I thought Trump should use a delay to get re-elected ("vote for me, or else the Dems will install another communist"), but I think they should probably ram RBG's replacement through.

Are you sure? A President Biden and a Democratic majority Senate could decide to pack the court. Nothing stopping a president Biden from nominating 2 or 4 liberal justices if he wants to.

using that logic...there's nothing stopping the republicans from packing the court with 100 justices right now
Thnk about this -- the only reason to push through a new confirmation is if you think you aren't going to win in November.
