Mitch stole a SC seat from Obama and broke all the Rules to give Trump all his judges I'd urge the Dems to pack the court and get rid of the filibuster.

Chucky get it done
The Filibuster should have NEVER been abolished for SCOTUS appointments. The 60-vote threshold was an important reason to foster compromise.
If they attempted it, I'm pretty sure it would fail....but if it succeeded, the Republicans would just do the same thing when they took power back and before you know it you'd have a several hundred person SCOTUS.
A referendum to add more justices? Is that what you are really hinting at?
You really think the Democrats have a majority of States in line to do that?

It’s not a State thing. It’s a Congress thing. They don’t need States to approve it at all.
And no, I don’t think they should. Senator McConnell has evened out the anti filibuster move if he confirms under these circumstances. Both sides will have lost the moral high ground. Democrats shouldn’t take it even farther down.

No where in the constitution does it say the Court is limited to 9 justices.
