The low educated are easily swayed to vote against their own self interest.

However, you did correctly identify the highly educated states as being Democratic. Congrats!

A lot of black people?

Serious question, though: what is this obsession with people being "educated?" I wish that I didn't have 150,000 dollars in school loan debt. I should have just become a fireman, like everyone else from my neighborhood.

The entire nation is more educated (in terms of credentials) than it used to be, but unfortunately not necessarily better informed or more civil. Mississippi today is ahead of where Massachusetts was a generation ago, which is a short time in terms of the nation's history.
