‘Pandemic fatigue’ leads to resurgence of coronavirus in Europe where cases hit fresh records in France and Spain (officials, Americans)

I was told that it was us Americans being selfish that caused a rise in Covid cases, and that if we'd just been more like Europe we'd have been able to "beat this and get back to normal".

It's almost as if these "public health officials" have never met people before. The idea that you could restrict people for a year or more over something that has almost no impact on them is completely insane.
