Sets the stage for a Supreme Court Ruling if Biden wins PA and it has any impact on the outcome of the election.

Somehow I think the dems will "find" a million or so votes laying around in the trunk of a car that they can send in after the election.

No it would not. The decision is to allow for ballots to be postmarked on Election Day likely due to no dropbox avaliable. I see nothing wrong with it providing votes are counted in a timely fashion like a calendar week. Arizona went through that officialy in 2018 with the Sinema-McSally election. This happens every year but typically races aren't too close to call that these votes actually make a difference.
