POTUS makes regular threats about defunding institutions and policies he doesn't like. But the threats are all hollow. Yes, he's had some success of pulling money from multinational institutions. But domestically, not really. The threat to pull money should be seen as a cheap, toothless threat, that Trump uses to scare his political enemies. But once you understand that this is just stupid, useless, political stunt, you can see that the man has no interest whatsoever in governing, but only in grandstanding, it's a lot easier to see why the only ones who approve of the way he is leading the country, are those who place appearance above substance -- to our nation's chagrin.

Here is a cheat sheet of what he has done or threatened, and like I say, inside the U.S. it's mostly just talk. And there are probably more empty threats than I couldn't think of off the top of my head. The man is a friggin' bully, pure and simple.

Actually I agree with Trump on probably all of these and im a centrist. These are ultra-leftist Marxist ideologies for the most part.

I think we've come to a really bad place, when wildfire relief, clean athletes, medical research, fair policing, health care for the poor, teaching history honestly, and a military newspaper are considered "ultra-leftist Marxist ideologies."

Lower federal tax rates and allow states to keep their own money. Then Trump's threat to federally defund states would be less a concern. You could run your state just like you want and be accountable for it.
