The only conspiracy theory I believe in is that Art Modell deliberately made the Browns into a mediocre/bad team in order to alienate the fans and to justify his reasons for moving the team out of Cleveland.
However, conspiracies do exist. History is loaded with real conspiracies that turned out true, then and now. It doesn't mean that every crackpot with a silly theory should be considered in the least.
