If for some reason the slightest chance the legislature appoints pro Trump electors and they hand him the election.

Should the house start articles of impeachment to remove him? No way Trump will be able to govern as he will not be seen as legitimate by a majority of the country. They will consider it a coup most likely.

What is the point? Senate Republicans won't have the spine to remove him at least not enough for a supermajority. And even if he does get removed we have President Pence which might be a downgrade in some ways.

It's like some delivery guy double parking and getting a ticket. Then he gets another ticket. He comes out and sees tickets stuffed under his Windshield Wiper , rips them out, and drives away,..lol.

If Trump somehow manage to still be the President, I think the whole nation will go into war against one another. It will be Trump vs No Trump.

Well...…………………….. they can sure try.

However, state legislatures HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY to appoint whoever they want.

In this situation of massive fraud, they are not given many other options.

This whole process would not be needed if the dems had not committed fraud and attempted a coup. Don't complain about Trump using the LEGAL PROCESS to subvert AN ILLEGAL ACTION.

Right...……………………….. who is going to fight for a demented, corrupt politician who attempted a coup?

Do you really think that people would die for Biden?

If you believe that, you are off your rocker.

There are MANY corrupt upper level officers in the military. However, MOST of the people serving in the military are "The Deplorables" and people who do not agree with far left libs. Who the hell do you think they would side with?

Law enforcement and the military does not like the far left and would not lay down their lives for a corrupt Washington insider who attempted a coup against the President. It would be nice to root out the libs and get rid of them forever, however.

With all due respect you are the one calling on a coup with zero evidence of fraud. So far the courts have thrown out all the baseless lawsuits Trump has filed.

Yea Trump is a massive fraud, but the Republicans have drank the orange koolaid so wont do anything about it. Throw away nearly 250 years of democracy for a stupid little prick wanting personal power.

As Forrest Gump says: Stupid is as stupid does.

I'd like to think that they would not make such a drastic decision unless there was clear evidence beyond a reasonable doubt determined in a Court of Law. Which we have yet to see.

So you want to impeach him for the actions of other people !!! That's about as sick with power as it gets !!!
