According to [Cleveland Fed President] Mester’s statements, the following suggestions were made on how to use the digital dollar:
* The Fed can open a private account for each American citizen, and citizens can deposit digital dollars into this account,
* A digital dollar could be developed that could be used as digital cash, and it is generated directly by the Fed,
* The Fed can transfer this digital dollar directly to the end user, in other words, to the citizens’ digital wallet, without the need for any commercial bank brokerage.
So now the Fed govt wants to take over many of the functions currently done by commercial banks, who have to compete with each other for their clients' business?
(sigh)
1.) How many times has government decided they can do something better and/or cheaper that the private sector?
2.) How many times has it turned out they were right?
BTW, I didn't see the word "must" in any of those "suggestions" this guy gives. How long do we have before that word starts appearing in them?

Remember, the bible says it will be VERY TOUGH to identify and/or recognize when this is happening...just from looking on a few of these forums, it seems like a LOT of people are able to recognize this...(so, more than likely, its not the biblical mark of the beast).
Technically, it would be more likely to be the MOTB, if hardly anyone was theorizing it was the MOTB!

There will be SIGNS,,, and we will see them and feel them as well. If its going to happen in 10 yrs. or 30, unknown. I doubt I'll be round - BUT ya never know-- God moves mysteriously

Not necessarily, one bible verse, Jesus tells the apostles, some of the people living then, would be alive when he returns, (within a generation). I dont remember hearing about the second coming in history class though. lol

That does not necessarily mean anything...a person could not buy sell or trade without a Social security number either.
