I think trump should weigh and height measure before the debate to prove that he is not obese.
Just like in professional boxing. There is a precedent.

So, in your world, wanting a fair debate is tantamount to a "typical desperate attempt to try to smear someone and think they are being cool about it".

Oh, just so interesting, you know? Of course a fair debate is good, but having the cheater ask first for a drug test and a hearing device check is just kind of ridiculous.
All Trump is trying to do here is to plant some seed of doubt of cheating for his opponent. It's quite easy to see what he's doing and it's infantile and disgusting, but that's no surprise.
I'm more surprised by the ilk of people who find this to be normal and acceptable, when it never was an issue before.
It just reeks of desperation.

Oh, please. Biden has been shown to be wearing earpieces before and there is plenty of footage of him tugging at his ear. Only a fool believes he isn't cheating.

The goal by the Trump administration is not truly to catch Biden cheating (they know he will not) but to imply to the public (his supporters and others) that he his. To sew that seed. It's all a mind game and illusion for the reality TV star turn President. As the Joker operates in the well known Batman movies, its all about misdirection and deflection. If Trump gets elected out of office, he has career potential as an illusionist and magician on the Vegas Strip. He is a showman of the highest.
Even if Biden agrees too an ear check and nothing is found, the dishonest Trump administration and his supporters would just move onto requesting another item to imply Biden is "sleepy", "mentally shot", "has dementia" and now implying Biden a cheater and can only get ahead by cheating. If Biden does well its not because Biden did well and Trump did poorly. Its because Biden cheated of course. Misdirection. Well played Trump administration. Despicable, dishonest and dirty but well played. Just like some of your supporters like it played.
Ear check, drug test... etc. Whats next and how Deplorable can the Trump Administration continue to get? Anal cavity search to check for listening devices that send messages to a persons ear through the principle of conduction? Seriously, that is how silly this whole circus sideshow run by Ringmaster Trump himself has become.

Biden should just do what Trump does with tough questions. Insult the journalist, call their question nasty, or just downright ignore it...
