You may think Dr. Jill Biden is dumb, but at least she has never been a nude model like the President’s wife (who doesn’t have a doctorate or a college degree.)
I don't care too. However, I thought she was MD as well. Then, I think, in current time, we better not address any non-MD as DR.
It's probably better not to refer to physicians as DR if they want to differentiate themselves. Dr. appropriately belongs to those with doctorate degrees. Lawyers are a good example. Rather than take on a title that typically belongs to PhD's and other doctorates, they have chosen not to be called Dr..

Precisely. There's a lot of "incompetent" people talking badly about her degree or title. But that's what little people do rather than be productive and amount to something of value.
Which is why she is so pretentious. And why she is such a terrible wife that she lets her husband go out and make himself look like a total idiot so she can call herself a first lady.
