How’s this:

Q: Mr. Biden, are you planning to allow all illegal immigrants to get full welfare benefits, including subsidized housing, food stamps, Medicaid, and federal education grants?

A: I’m not going to tell you because then it would become an issue.

Oye.
He’s likely not answering it because his handlers have likely told him it is not a ‘need’. That he can refrain from answering that, and he will still win.

Brilliant idea, just like Harry Reid changing senate rules, what could possibly go wrong.

Secondly, shouldn't you be working on changing the democratic primaries to a popular vote first? That's still unfinished business.

The SCOTUS is the last option people have to seek justice for injustices. To block tyrannical laws for instance. Packing the court to take away that effective check on the party in power leaves no peaceful and legal means of justice for those harmed by said party. When a government takes away all peaceful means of getting justice it tends to force people into a corner and leads to violence. Packing the court is the worst possible thing anyone could do right now in this tinderbox of a country.

He acted like he didn't hear the question. As a voter, this is pretty confusing. How can I vote without knowing a candidate's position on such a major issue?
Obviously, the reason he does not is that he is FOR COURT PACKING.

If he was against it, he would clearly state so. The fact he says nothing means he is supporting it.

If Biden stacked the court, it would be the seeds for secession for a good deal of the US. There is no provision in the Constitution for the NUMBER of Supreme judges; historically it has been between 5-10.

Even FDR, one of the most popular presidents in history at the time, was not able to pack the court. Now we have a candidate who is not even popular in his own party suggesting this. Thank God he wont be POTUS.

No. Reid started it, McConnell escalated it, and then if Democrats get their way, they will blow the whole thing up.

And reid made SEVERAL changes when he was the Senate Majority LEADER. Did you complain THEN?

If you don't like what is being done, only when a repub does it CHANGE, THE CONSTITUTION.

Article I Section 5, "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings"

Until then, stop all the whining like a little 10 year old girl when she doesn't get her way.

Trump could be the most transparent President ever and what is in the shadows the media will haul out, dissect and form their own narrative around it.

Biden on the other hand is a career politician, he graduated law school. He knows when to keep his mouth shut, or at least he did at one time and that made him slick, not as slick as the all time master of the smooth Obama but he has it.

Of course he is not going to answer a difficult question that once it doesn't poll well he would have to back track, apologize, flip flop, pivot or let the media decipher what he really meant and report it to the public.

Biden might be tight lipped on the issue of court packing but we all know that the Democrats crave power which is control and they will do anything for it.
" the media will haul out, dissect and form their own narrative around it."
And with most of the media leaning very left, we KNOW HOW they will "report" things.

But, it has been going on for a LONG time.

FDR had EVERY SINGLE SUPREME COURT JUDGE be one HE nominated. And not a tear of "concern" from the dems. They prove over and over what hypocrites they are!

If they do. I eventually see us having a SCOTUS with 30479 judges.
