Even the WHO doesn't recommend mask wearing as a method. Only if there is no other choice and you can't distance. There is no credible evidence they really work, again according to the WHO. Their idea is it might help but don't rely on it and it does nothing if not accompanied by other measures.
So such a law would only be passed by someone who denies science.

No one is wetting themselves. No one is whining. She probably won’t die although it is a possibility. I am sure she had decent healthcare. She does have covid right? She caught It from the president Most likely right? Why don’t you think this is not a good thing for her.
