There's a reason why even among liberals there is no majority support for affirmative action.

It's wrong and does nothing good.

If you're in California and voting, vote NO on Prop 16.

One test will be how we vote on Proposition 16, a measure on the November ballot in California that would deal a blow to systemic racism by repealing the state’s 24-year-old ban on affirmative action in public institutions.

Unfortunately, the proposition appears to be falling far short of the support it needs. A recent poll by the Public Policy Institute of California suggests that only 31% of likely voters back the measure.

Affirmative Action goes against the American grain where it is the best person for the job.

I think AA is actually racist and it gives a crutch to certain people that allows them to stay where they are instead of raising themselves up with education and experience.

When you think about it Kamala Harris was chosen as VP not so much for her experience but for her gender and skin tone. That is racist AA in action.
