https://nypost.com/2020/10/08/biden-...fter-election/ Why can't he be honest? Of course they plan on doing it. They will get liberal justices to rubber stamp their bs. It will be a complete disaster for the country.

Sadly, a large percentage of liberals are ok with it. In their minds, the end justifies the means.

Right out of Pelosi's book! You have to vote for it to see what's in it!

I still think every member who voted for it should be removed from office for dereliction of duty...neither side should ever vote for something unknown.

Hang on.

Did the Republicans admit in the last election -- in the year where they used their control to not allow a nomination -- that they would most certainly nominate one and skip that excuse of election year.

Give me a break.

Calling out the Democrats for trying to 'stack the courts' if they can is kind of ridiculous don't you think?

Trump openly brags about stacking the court....

I think he should reveal his plan right after Trump reveals his phantom healthcare plan that's more than 3 1/2 years overdue!

These people think Trump has some secret health plan that he will reward them with for voting for him...but they think it is sneaky to stack the courts.........

Sadly? What about Mitch’s ploy that gave Garland’s seat to Trump and stacked the court? These guys all believe the ends justify the means.

My hesitation with the Dems doing this would be to say that it could delegitimize the Court, but Mitch already did that, so it’s fair game now.

What’s better for America, a 6-3 Court or a 6-5 Court?

Is it legal? That's the only question. Trump and the Republicans are in no position to make a moral judgement or pronouncement, not after Garland and Ginsburg.
Done. Period. End of discussion.
