What in hellfire is Leahy mumbling about?? Voters rights case....Shelby....what does he want her to say?? Where is the question??
He needs to GO.
Sen 'Leaky' is arguing that blacks have to wait longer than whites to vote. But longer lines tend to correlate with urban areas, where more blacks live and where Democrats run the Elections. So maybe he should go after the Supervisors of Elections in those Democrat-run cities to provide more voting locations.
Had Trump lost to Hillary, we could easily of had a 6-3 liberal majority right now in the Supreme Court, with young liberal justices. Unreal the impact of Trumps win, elections have consequences indeed. ACB will make a great justice, she is impressive.
Regardless how anyone feels about abortion, this new scotus nominee should invoke the "Ginsburg Rule" when asked about such things as abortion, Obamacare, etc.
For those of you who don't know what the "Ginsburg Rule" is, she refused to answer some questions regarding how she would vote on some controversial topics.
Everyone knew she was a liberal activist (and it was proven out in her decades of rulings), but she refused to answer, and senators like Biden (yes one in the same) said she had every right not to answer.
While I tend to agree, it cannot be a one way street to where (R's) rarely fight a liberal minded nominee, but Democrats play every dirty trick possible to scuttle an originalist judge nominated by Republicans.
Yep, Dick exposing the voter suppression tactics by the republican devils...
