Out of these three southern states, which one is the most liberal in this day and age? For the longest time, North Carolina was regarded as the "most liberal southern state," but are those days coming to an end?

Is it a question?

Northern Virginia is deep blue with DC creeping in. Of those 3, Virginia is the only basically guaranteed win for Biden.

Virginia because of it's distance to DC and Maryland a lot of the swamp creatures love the lower taxes of Virginia etc. It's sad because Virginia is a lovely place but unfortunately being ruined by leftist politics.

Virginia for sure. It’s not just NoVa, the heavily populated eastern half of the state is no longer conservative country.

Virginia elected a man who, at age 22, wore blackface OR a KKK outfit -- and then allowed him to stay in office, because hey, blackface or KKK outfit. Nothing says liberal quite like that.

Of course, here in NC, we have a bunch of NYers move down and tell you how wonderful things were in NY. Which, of course, is the reason they left.

Chapel Hill & Durham are probably the most liberal areas in any of those states, but as a whole Virginia no question.
